RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

All sales are considered final once an order has been dispatched.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders cancelled prior to shipment will be eligible for a full refund.

Refunds or replacements will only be provided in the event that:

  • An item arrives damaged or defective.

  • An incorrect item has been supplied.

  • An order has not been received within a reasonable period beyond the estimated delivery timeframe.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, as these costs are incurred at the time of dispatch.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. While refund requests are typically processed promptly, it may take between 1-7 business days for the funds to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.

If you believe you have received a faulty or damaged item, please contact us with your order number and photographs of the issue.
