Order Processing

All orders are processed and dispatched from Geelong, Victoria, Australia.

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. During product launches, promotional periods, or major events, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We offer flat-rate shipping Australia-wide.

All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post and include tracking.

Estimated delivery times within Australia are typically 2-7 business days depending on your location.

International Shipping

Capelli Racing ships worldwide using Australia Post International services.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout or charged at a flat rate depending on the destination.

Estimated delivery times vary by country and shipping service selected. Typical delivery times are:

  • New Zealand: 5-10 business days

  • Asia Pacific: 6-12 business days

  • USA & Canada: 6-15 business days

  • Europe & United Kingdom: 7-20 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs processing or local postal services.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, VAT, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price unless otherwise stated.

Capelli Racing is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at info@capelli.au and we will assist in investigating the shipment.

Capelli Racing is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, severe weather, industrial action, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs of both the packaging and the damaged items so that we can assist with a claim.
